Bridgewater Election Guide 2018: Where To Vote, Candidate List

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Tuesday is Election Day. We have compiled a list of all of the candidates running on the local and county level and also a list of polling locations.

Locally there are contested races in both Bridgewater and Raritan.

The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District election is contested with four candidates vying for three, three-year seats.

Candidates include: Ashish “AJ” Joshi, Stephanie M. Black, Jacqueline M. Barlow, and Melanie Thiesse. Incumbent Daniel Petrozelli is not running for re-election.

The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District election is contested by Ashish “AJ” Joshi, Stephanie M. Black, Jacqueline M. Barlow, and Melanie Thiesse for three, three-year seats. In Raritan, candidates vying for two three-year seats include Republicans incumbent Zachary Bray and newcomer Joyce Melitsky and Democrats Ngutor “Justice” Ifan and James Foohey. In Somerset County, Republican candidates include incumbent Patrick Scaglione and Mark Caliguire while Democrat challengers include Sara Sooy and Shanel Robinson. Election Day is happening on Tuesday, Nov. 6 and polls are open from 6 a.m until 8 p.m. for the Primary and General Elections. Voters in Bridgewater are to cast their ballots in their designated district number.

 

Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, NJ

Duke Island Park is located in Bridgewater Township and offers rich and varied recreational experiences for its visitors.
